Traditional architecture in Japan

And ever since then, I wanted to visit Japan and stay in one of those beautiful places. If I go to Japan, I need at least one night, where I am basically sleeping on the hard floor. Where they provide a thin mattress and have a Japanese tea ceremony, eating Japanese food. I want the full experience.
